A Professional Clinical Counselor Corporation

Individual Therapy

We offer one-on-one therapy for individuals navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, identity concerns, neurodivergence, and other layered experiences. Our work is grounded in advanced clinical expertise and an understanding of the attachment, developmental, and historical factors beneath symptoms. Clients often come during moments of transition or new diagnosis, or when past therapy left deeper work untouched.

Some people seek therapy for the first time. Others arrive after years of trying to understand concerns that remain unresolved. You may be re-examining your life after an ADHD or Autism diagnosis, navigating identity or a major transition, supporting a newly diagnosed child while questioning your own experience, or looking for a different approach after previous therapy left important areas unexplored.

Our work is individualized to the person and the circumstances that bring them to therapy. We draw on broad clinical experience to look beyond immediate symptoms or concerns and consider the psychological, developmental, relational, and environmental factors that may shape a person’s experience. This allows us to develop a thoughtful understanding of what is happening and determine where therapy can be most useful. For some clients, meaningful insight also emerges beyond conversation. When appropriate, therapy may incorporate creative, sensory, and symbolic approaches alongside verbal work. For others, the work may center more fully on reflection, relationships, identity, patterns, or experiences that have remained difficult to understand.

Therapy can be especially meaningful when you are looking for more than general support or symptom management—when you want to understand yourself more deeply, make sense of longstanding patterns, or work through concerns that have not been adequately addressed elsewhere. Our approach is designed to meet that complexity with careful attention, clinical depth, and respect for the individual context of your life.
