We believe referrals are an extension of care. When a client is not a fit for our practice, or when the practice is at capacity, we seek to connect them with clinicians whose training, experience, and therapeutic approach align with their needs.

Effective referral decisions depend on more than a directory listing. They require an understanding of a clinician's background, areas of specialization, professional judgment, and the kind of therapeutic work they do best. For these reason, we aim to build relationships with trusted professionals whose work we know directly or who come highly recommended by colleagues we respect.

Our referral process values professional depth, evidence-informed practice, sound clinical judgment, and the development of an authentic therapeutic style. We look for clinicians who bring grounded professionalism, strong ethical standards, and a steady, client-centered presence to their work.
