Meet Our Team
Retta Parker Stevenson
Chief Clinical Officer, LPCC, LCPC, LPC, ATR-BC®
Retta brings years of clinical experience supporting individuals, groups, and families in outpatient, inpatient, residential, and partial hospital settings nationwide. Her background spans a wide range of presenting concerns—including depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, attachment issues, eating disorders, developmental disorders, neurodivergence, psychosis, and more.
She has facilitated domestic-violence prevention workshops, provided art therapy to eating-disorder recovery programs and indigenous youth, and developed regional studio-based psychosocial rehabilitation programs.
Additional experience in secure psychiatric residential treatment facilities and with individuals on conservatorship has shaped her ability to provide grounded, compassionate care in complex clinical environments. She has designed programs, overseen staff, led treatment planning, and delivered therapy with a focus on safety, dignity, and personal growth.
Throughout her career, Retta has been a strong advocate for the professional practice of Art Therapy. She has contributed to legislative efforts, guest-lectured on cultural identity and creative expression, and led workshops clarifying the role of professional art therapists.
At the heart of her work is a belief in the transformative power of the creative process. Her approach is individualized, culturally sensitive, and grounded in the conviction that creative expression can build therapeutic alliances, facilitate internal growth, and promote lasting wellbeing.
Scott Parker Stevenson
Administration & Development
Scott designs and manages the business, technology, operational, and growth infrastructure that supports clinical care. His work turns complex needs into clear, reliable systems across workflow design, automation, finance, compliance, data infrastructure, client experience, product development, marketing, and strategic partnerships.
Early in his career, Scott developed a foundation in education and service through teaching english and music abroad. When he returned, he instructed and designed after-school programs and activities that made core curriculum more accessible and engaging, while studying film and media arts. When creative work proved difficult to translate into a conventional career path, Scott found an unexpected fit in healthcare. After working in virtually every type of pharmacy under the sun, he moved into marketing and business development for nationwide independent pharmacies. While there, he earned an MBA with a focus in marketing and helped expand revenue and operations while developing proprietary healthcare solutions.
His experience spans healthcare operations, pharmacy and long-term-care development, healthcare data and technology systems, corporate training, creative strategy, and strategic business development. He’s worked directly with pharmacists, medical directors, long-term-care leaders, and other healthcare executives to develop service solutions, negotiate agreements, structure proposals and contracts, implement new systems, and ensure commitments carried through from agreement to execution.
Across his career, Scott has connected people, processes, technology, and strategy. He brings a systems-oriented, service-focused approach to building infrastructure that reduces friction, strengthens organizational stability, and creates opportunities for clinicians and collaborators to do their best work while keeping the practice efficient, secure, and prepared for growth.
